05/05/2013  Rob Partridge wins in tight finish at Iowa Trucks  Rob Partridge won at Iowa on Sunday 05/05 in the NSR Early Bird Series 2. What an incredible race this one was. A real thriller at the end between Gil Drake and Rob Partridge. Congrats to Rob for the hard fought win. Tires were at a premium on this short track. A few drivers got caught a lap down or more on an early caution and there was only one other yellow flag not giving much chance to get back on the lead lap. 05/02/2013  Shawn Massey takes the win and the championship at Talladega ARCA  Shawn Massey won at Talladega on Thursday 05/02 in the 30+ Cup Series Spring 2013. 65 laps was the distance as the cars were gleaming in the sunlight.
Fresh paint and several man hours by all the crews to prep for the event
led to the big one on only lap 11. That certainly left the field spread
out as drivers and crews fought to keep the cars in contention. At the end of
the event it lead to a great drag race to the checkers with 30+Razzorr
taking first. Scott Goodman put up a great fight to finish second. Casy Tyoe had a clean race to finish third while Mike Beaudry and Woody Sykes finish fourth and fifth after falling victim to the earlier big one. The 30+ crew will be at Darlington next week as they approach the end of the spring season with only two races left.
