02/14/2014  Kevin Yates leads the most laps on way to win at Daytona RC ARCA  Kevin Yates won at Daytona Road Course on Friday 02/14 in the GTRL Non-Points Series. Cohn and Yates put on a show in this one. Cohn took the pole and led the first 14 laps. Yates stayed within striking distance, took the lead, and held on to the finish of this 35 lapper. Fuel was a concern for everyone causing some to back off near the end. This was our first race at the Daytona Road Course. We'll be back... Next week starts the 2014 season at Daytona  Results | |

02/10/2014 Keith Powell strong in win at Homestead Trucks. John Richards claims the championship.  Keith Powell won at Homestead on Monday 02/10 in the GTRL Winter Truck Series. After leading early and then being involved in two incidents half-way through the race, Powell passed the top 5 cars to regain the lead on lap 57. He closed out Partridge by 2 seconds followed by Cobb and Yates. Homestead proved tricky again as the top lane is the preferred line and passing low is a chore. Richards wound up 12th after being involved in a wreck racing for the lead. The top 4 are separated by 8 points headed into the final at Michigan. Results Winter Truck Standings | |
