04/26/2015  Chris Melton impressive at Michigan Trucks to win 5th in a row. John Richards claims the championship.  Chris Melton won at Michigan on Sunday 04/26 in the NSR Early Birds Winter Series. Great race by all drivers. We ran green all the way. We had an excellent setup, but you still had to take care of tires. 24 drivers showed up for the Detroit Breakdown Classic. Chris Melton took the pole and the win in this one. He was followed closely in second by chase leader John Richards, third place went to Woody Sykes, fourth to Rob Partridge and rounding up the top five Rob Cobb. Five drivers got caught speeding during green flag pit stops and we only had six lead changes. Only two DNFs. High caliber and close racing by all.
