05/17/2015  John Richards gets 4th win of the season in tight finish at Phoenix Trucks. Chris Melton claims the championship.  John Richards won at Phoenix on Sunday 05/17 in the NSR Early Birds Summer Series. Phoenix showed again its nature with 11 cautions. We saw mostly self spins exiting or entering corners. Dean Geer took the pole. Setup was actually quite stable but you still had to watch not to overheat your tires. Three GWC were not enough to settle this one and admins had to freeze the field when the race could not be settled under normal conditions. A couple of drivers got moved to the EOL in the results. 05/16/2015  Luis F Almeida cruises to victory at Iowa Trucks. Rich Baker claims the championship.  Luis F Almeida won at Iowa on Saturday 05/16 in the ARAIG Truck Series. Yet another Truck win for Luis Almeida. Led most laps, pretty dominant victory in the end. 200 mile race, we had a glut of cautions (6) in the first 100 laps - then the last 100 went all green, including pitstops, allowing strategy to work out for the drivers. Rich Baker still leads the Championship standings with 3 events to go. Luis is charging hard, so it's looking like it'll be a close run thing come season end.
