10/14/2015 Kyle Pilman takes the win and the championship at Chicago Cup Kyle Pilman won at Chicago on Wednesday 10/14 in the NSR Insomniacs Summer Series. The final chase race was for sure action packed. Lots of side by side racing. Tim Kirby took the pole, led a bunch of laps with a dominating car but unfortunately had an internet connection issue with 5 laps to go. He deserves the Goody's Headache Award just for that. This was the perfect opportunity for Kyle Pilman to win the race and the Insomniacs championship. Congrats! It was a hard fought series and also a lot of fun. Job well done by all drivers to gives us a racing series with a minimal amount of cautions and thanks for their interest and participation. Next week the new season starts at Kansas. See ya all then! Results Insomniacs Summer Series Standings | |
