Rob Partridge won at Richmond on Wednesday 05/13 in the NSR Insomniacs Series.

Chase Race #2 at Richmond was animated by 7 cautions all during the first half of the race. The second half saw green flag racing to the end and pit stops strategy played a great role in the general outcome of the race. Being Richmond, tires were at a premium and correctly managing your runs was key. Todd Stover took the pole. After 125 grueling laps, Rob Partridge would see the checkered flag first, second place went to Rob Cobb, third to Tim Miller, fourth to Andres Elejalde and rounding up the top five Chris Melton. We saw 8 lead changes. Three drivers got eliminated from the chase. Next week we are at Martinsville for some more short track racing.

The Flying Fickled Finger of Fate raised it's ugly head as Rob Partridge Disco'd and it cost him the win and the championship. John Richards held off determined challenges to win the race and the Spring Truck Series Championship. A great race by all with zero Cautions.
